30-Day Returns
30 days from delivery. Item must be unused and in original condition.
Changed Your Mind?
Email info@themarshsupply.com with your order number for return instructions. Customer pays return shipping for change-of-mind returns.
Something Wrong With Your Order?
Damaged, defective, or wrong item: contact us within 7 days of delivery and include a photo. We'll arrange a replacement, exchange, or full refund — including return shipping when applicable.

Want a different design? Reach out with your order number. If it's in stock, we'll help you make the switch.

Refunds
After we receive your return and confirm condition, we refund the original payment method. Banks usually take 5–10 business days to post. Original shipping is non-refundable unless the error was ours.
Final Sale
Items marked Final Sale: no return or exchange unless damaged or defective.
Custom, monogrammed, or made-to-order pieces are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective.
